Chattanooga Man Dies In Motorcycle Accident In South Dakota

David Carl Nowading, 71, died on Sunday in a motorcycle accident.

It was reported that he was riding a 2012 Honda Goldwing, headed eastbound on I-90, south of Montrose, SD.

A witness who was riding with him said that Mr. Nowading slowly drifted to the right and struck the guard cable near exit 374. This caused him to lose control of the motorcycle and it flipped end-over-end before coming to a rest in the passing lane, it was reported.

Mr. Nowading was reported dead when emergency personnel arrived.

The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating.
