Check out how far the sum stretches per month in South Boston, Dorchester, Beacon Hill, and elsewhere

North End

Unit 3H at 100 Fulton Street is a 676-square-foot condo for rent, and includes one bedroom and one bathroom as well as central air. Its building—Fulton Court—has a fitness room and concierge services.

Charlestown

A garage parking spot is included in the rent for Unit 3213 at 42 Eighth Street, a condo for lease that runs to 688 square feet and includes one bedroom and one bathroom as well as central air. Its Parris Landing complex includes a pool and a fitness center.

Beacon Hill

Unit 4A at 31 Pinckney Street is a condo for rent that’s the product of a recent gut-renovation. It’s 450 square feet, and includes one bedroom and one bathroom. There’s central air and an in-unit washer-dryer.

Dorchester

There are washer-dryer hookups in Unit 3 at 33 Dix Street, a four-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment on the top floor of a three-story building. It runs to 1,200 square feet.

South Boston

Unit 111 at 154 West Second Street includes a washer-dryer and central air. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom is relatively spacious, too, at 1,021 square feet. The $2,900 rent also covers a garage parking space.
