Lou Malnati's Looking To Hire 40 For Brookfield Location

BROOKFIELD, WI — Lou Malnati's pizzeria is looking to hire 40 people for its new Brookfield location, which it expects to open this summer.

The restaurant is currently under construction at 15795 W. Bluemound Road. Company officials say the Lou Malnati's will be a full-service restaurant with 7,750 square foot space, and will offer a dining room with easy curbside carry-out, no-contact delivery, and drop off catering services.

The Brookfield location will initially open as a carryout and delivery only, followed by the dining room to open at a later date.

Of the 40 local employees they're looking to hire, many are delivery drivers, kitchen crew, and phone staff. Applicants are asked to bring proof of authorization to work in the United States and a resume, if applicable.

The interviews will be conducted via Zoom, while keeping social distancing in mind, to ensure the health and safety of applicants and team members.
