A home and a surrounding parcel of land sold for more than $4 million in Louisville during the month of April, marking one of the largest residential sales in Jefferson County in recent memory.That home was one of a half-dozen that sold at or above the $1 million mark in Jefferson County during the month of April. The "cheapest" deal on our list closed for more than $680,000.Our roundup of the 25 most expensive home sales of the month can be found in the attached gallery. Many of the home sales were concentrated in East Louisville, including the Prospect and Anchorage areas. Our monthly home sales list includes single-family home sales data only.
