CHRIS: A FAMILY IS WORKING WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES HERE IN ORLANDO TO GET CUSTODY OF THEIR GRANDSON WHILE AN INVESTIGATION IS UNDERWAY INTO THE PARENTS DISAPPEARANCE. NEWLY RELEASED SURVEILLANCE VIDEO FROM BUFFALO POLICE SHOWS TWO ADULTS QUICKLY WALKING AWAY FROM A GLOWING LIGHT IN THE TOP LEFT OF YOUR SCREEN. OFFICERS SAY THAT LIGHT IS A BURNING SUV WITH TWO PEOPLE INSIDE. ALONGSIDE THE FLEEING ADULTS, A CHILD SCAMPERS IN TOW. THAT TODDLER IS 3-YEAR-OLD NOELVIN. NOELVIN’S FAMILY SAYS THEY ARE SHOCKED BY THIS NEW VIDEO. >> WHEN WE SAW IT, WE WERE DEVASTATED. WE WERE DEVASTATED BECAUSE W GOT A CHANCE TO SEE SOMETHING THAT OUR GRANDSON WENT THROUGH. CHRIS: NOELVIN’S PARENTS, MIGUEL VALENTIN-COLON AND NICOLE MERCED PLAUD, ARE MISSING. THE MARRIED COUPLE TRAVELED FROM ORLANDO WITH A FRIEND, DHAMYL ROMAN, WHO POLICE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR. MEDICAL EXAMINERS HAVE NOT IDENTIFIED THE BURNED REMAINS INSIDE THE SUV YET, BUT ON THURSDAY, POLICE CONFIRMED THE CHRYSLER PACIFICA IS THE SAME VEHICLE THAT THE PARENTS RENTED OUT FOR A ROAD TRIP. >> BEYOND DISTURBING. CLEARLY, THAT LITTLE BOY WAS INSIDE OF THAT VEHICLE AND THERE’S TWO HUMAN BEINGS THAT BURNED IN THAT VEHICLE. CHRIS: NOELVIN WAS FOUND ALONE IN A BOX AT THE DOORSTEP OF THIS BUFFALO HOUSE ON MONDAY. THE THREE-YEAR-OLD’S GRANDPARENTS ARE TRYING TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS OF GETTING HIM BACK HOME. HE’S NOW IN NEW YORK’S CUSTODY. >> WE ARE HOPING THAT ANYTIME SOON WE WILL GET THE PHONE CALL THAT SAYS, GO PICK UP YOUR GRANDSON. Police confirm burned car rented by missing couple

New details were released Thursday in the search for a Seminole County couple who is missing in New York.Police in Buffalo released new information and video in the case.It started Monday when a 3-year-old boy was found sleeping on a stranger's doorstep, with no parents anywhere.Police later determined his parents were Nicole Plaud and Miguel Valentin-Colon from Longwood. They are missing.That same day, a burned-out vehicle containing human remains was found close to where the boy was sleeping, but at the time, police were not connecting the cases.On Thursday, Buffalo police announced that the burned out car was the same car that was rented by the couple.They also said there were two bodies inside, but they have not been able to identify them as the couple.Investigators said that identifying the bodies could take up to four weeks.Buffalo police now call this a homicide investigation. On Thursday, police released surveillance video from the neighborhood where the boy and the burned out car were found. It shows two people, and the 3-year-old boy running next to them.Police want to find those two people.Back at home, the grandmother of that 3-year-old boy is working to bring him him home to Central Florida.
