Unfortunately, deputies say they don't believe anyone saw the hit-and-run in progress, but they are hopeful that homeowners in the area might be able to help give them a critical clue. They're asking everyone who lives on Orville Road from Kapowsin to 264th Street E to check their home security systems for any potential footage of the victim or a suspicious vehicle between 10 p.m. and 10:40 p.m. Saturday.
