Lakewood Library accepting Prom Dress Donations

"New or Gently Used Prom Dresses or Tuxedos" are accepted at all Library branch locations from now until March 13th. Please read guidelines

High School Prom is one of the most memorable moments of a teen’s life and Ocean County Library wants to ensure that students can attend their Spring Formal event, regardless of financial challenges. *Because of your community support, we have brought much joy to young women and men, who prior to this charitable event, were unable to attend their Spring Formal or Prom.

We are proud to announce that we are hosting our 12th Annual Prom Dress Giveaway at four of our branches during March and April.

We are now accepting new or gently used prom dresses or tuxedos at all Library branch locations from now until March 13th.
*Before you donate your dress/tux for prom, please ensure that it meets the following criteria. *
