State police attempted a traffic stop on a silver Dodge Stratus, at the intersection of Idaville-York Springs Road and Carlisle Road, early Saturday morning.Investigators say the vehicle fled, and a pursuit began. At times the pursuit reached speeds of 90 mph.The pursuit ended in the 300 block of Cherry Hill Road, in Gardners.Police identified the driver as 24-year-old Dawn Rotharmel, from Dillsburg, York County.Rotharmel was arrested for fleeing and eluding, driving on a suspended license, and other traffic offenses, according to police.
