Sixth Murder Warrant Issued Connected To Barrow Woman's Death
A murder warrant was issued Wednesday for a woman identified from security video as one of the last people to see Rosanna Delgado alive.
GEORGIA — Another murder warrant has been issued in connection with the death of a female cab driver whose body was found in a Gilmer County cabin.
Carolina Jazmin Rodriguez-Ramirez, 28, of Oklahoma, was identified Wednesday by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation as the woman seen in security video with Rossana Delgado the night Delgado disappeared.
The body of Delgado, 37, of Bethlehem, Georgia, was found April 20 at a residence in north Georgia. She was last seen on April 15 and reported missing by her husband on April 16.

Three suspects — Megan Colone of Stone Mountain, and Oscar Manuel Garcia and Juan Antonio Vega, both of Cobb County — were arrested in Mexico earlier this month. Two other suspects — Juan Ayala-Rodriguez of Gainesville and Mario Alberto Barbosa-Juarez of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma — are still at large.
Rodriguez-Ramirez’s location is unknown, according to a GBI spokesperson, but she is believed to be in Mexico with Barbosa-Juarez.
