In downtown's W Seattle Hotel, find a lively lounge area that proves a happening central hub in which to enjoy creative cocktails, tasty eats and–on weekends–free live music. Every Friday and Saturday evening, a series called W Live takes over the Living Room–an inviting, airy space marked by vibrant hues, geometric shapes and modern design elements. For the alluring lineup of music, the hotel works with Plus One Presents to book local acts and DJs, too. While taking in the shows, guests can order food and drinks from adjacent TRACE, led by Executive Chef Steven Ariel. TRACE's local focus means a menu stocked with contemporary, inventive dishes that showcase regional specialties and farm-fresh produce (mixed with a hint of Asian inspiration).

This private recording studio and artists' creative space can fit up to 25 people; the soundproof room features a vocal booth, mixing equipment and lounge area, ideal for those who're serious about creating music and those simply wanting to host a rockin' karaoke party with their closest friends."
