The World's Hottest Grandma is another year older.

Gina Stewart celebrated her 51st birthday this week and proved that just like a fine wine, she gets better with time.

To celebrate, the Gina flaunted her age-defying physique in a yellow string bikini and admitted that she'd considered stripping down to her birthday suit to mark the occasion.

'I thought 50 was bad enough, now I’m 51 ! that went way too fast,' she wrote. 

'I can either cry about it , laugh about it or embrace it. I’m still deciding. After all age is relative,' she continued. 

'So I will embrace gratitude. I was going to shoot in my birthday suit but thought a bikini was the next best thing.'

In another post, the Sunshine Coast stunner slipped into an elegant knit dress to raise a toast to turning 51.

Gina celebrated her big day with friends and family at the Glass Dining & Lounge Bar inside the Marina Mirage shopping center, before spending the rest of the day with her young daughter Summer.

She also shared her holistic lifestyle with Daily Mail Australia, revealing that avoiding chemicals in products has helped her turn back the clock.

'I’m a firm believer in keeping the body as clean as possible, so my diet consists of mostly clean eating,' she explained.

'My personal products are all chemical free,' she added.

The blonde beauty avoids mainstream moisturisers due to the chemicals in the cream, and instead uses $5 organic coconut oil from the supermarket. 

She also makes sure to exercise, and has put more focus on fitness since crossing 50.

'I try to walk 10,000 steps each and every day like Jessica Simpson,' she said.

'I go for long beach walks most afternoon to keep my step count up. It’s also good for my mental health and is like a meditation in itself.

'I also do weight bearing exercises. It’s especially important past 50 because of muscle deterioration, to keep a toned body.'

The only surgery she's had are her double E-cup breast implants, which she's since confirmed that she wants to have removed after they've caused her breast implant illness.

'I had no idea that breast implants could cause cancer until really recently. It’s terrifying,' she told The Sun in 2018.

'And it’s not just cancer we have to worry about. So many women are getting sick because of their plastic implants and are suffering from different illnesses and symptoms,' she added.
