She was preceded in death by her brother, Cameron Newkirk, Chattanooga; grandparents, Ernest James (Eva) Parker, Baxley, Ga.; aunt, Rose Parker, Chattanooga.
Survivors include her son, Corey Hudgins, Jr.; mother, Erin Newkirk; father, Michael Anderson; sisters, Vanessa Woodard, Rekela Sawyer, Tiffany Crockett, T’Keyah Lewis; brothers, Terry Newkirk, Terry Newkirk, Tevion Newkirk, Michael Anderson; aunt, Monique Newkirk; grandparents, Marva Parker (Andrew) Ragland; sister/aunt, Mealand (Alonzo) Ragland; best friend, Brandy and a very special friend, Valisa Center, a host of other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held from 6–8 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 10, at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
