OCEAN CITY, N.J. — The Soup Bar delivery service has been a delicacy around Ocean City. Now they're officially opening a permanent location in town.

Executive chef Eddie McGuarn announced this week that the Ocean City NJ Soup Bar will open a location on the corner of 34th Street and West Avenue, next to Hoy's 5 & 10. He will announce the grand opening on a later date.

McGuarn has almost 40 years of experience in the kitchens of fine restaurants. The service's offerings, such as soup and crab cakes, can be delivered in the Ocean City area Monday through Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m., according to The Soup Bar's website. They will continue delivering six days a week until the store opens.
