Kansas authorities have canceled the Silver Alert for a Wichita woman. Delia M. Garlington, 72, was last seen at 4 p.m. Monday at her Wichita home. Authorities said she is a 2016 gray Kia Soul with Kansas handicap tag 39320.Police said Garlington has been diagnosed with dementia.Garlington was found safe overnight.
