GULF AIR PARTNERS WITH VIVA BAHRAIN [Daily Tribune (Bahrain)]


(Daily Tribune (Bahrain) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Gulf Air, Bahrain's national carrier, signed an agreement with VIVA Bahrain at Gulf Air's headquarters. As per the deal, the telecom company will provide 355 iPad devices to the airline as part of their iPad Electronic Flight Bags project.



Gulf Air Acting Chief Executive Officer Maher Salman AlMusallam said: "We are proud to extend relationship with VIVA Bahrain. The project is an essential component of our ongoing commitment to all new technology that provides integrated solutions for managing information in the air and on the ground." "Gulf Air always endeavours to leverage the latest technologies to improve the efficiency of the airline's operations and provide better services to our passengers. This collaboration ensures we deliver the latest technology to our team and as a result, to our passengers," Gulf Air Director Information Technology Dr. Jassim Haji said.
