Other ways to say when the number of users in a channel sufficiently exceeds this limit, chatzilla switches the channel into "conference mode", during which join, part, quit and nick messages for other users are hidden. when the user count drops sufficiently below the limit, normal operation is resumed automatically. setting this to 0 will never use conference mode, likewise setting this to 1 will always use it.
